NATC 17 will be held on campus at the University of California San Diego. We have reserved a block of dormitories for those who would like to remain close to conference facilities. For those who prefer to stay in local hotels, we’ve listed nearby locations as well. NATC does not have any hotel blocks reserved at local hotels, and we highly recommend staying on campus for the duration of conference.
Housing is available at the UCSD campus at the Marshall Lower Apartments. These units are suite style with the capacity to house four participants per unit. There are two single-occupancy rooms and one double-occupancy room in each unit. These rooms will all share a common bathroom (located on the second floor of unit), and kitchen/living area. There is a full-size refrigerator available in each unit, however no microwave, coffeemaker, or kitchen utensils are included.
Roommate requests and preferences will be accommodated within reason and space availability. Potential for mixed gender within one housing unit can be considered upon request.
Youth participants who wish to stay in on-campus housing MUST register along with an adult chaperone. At least one adult must be present per housing unit in which youth participants are lodging.
All people staying in on-campus housing need to be registered for the conference. Access to our housing request form is provided in the registration confirmation email.
Accommodations are very basic and include a linen bundle to include one (1) set of bed linens, one (1) blanket, one (1) pillow and one (1) set of towels.
Toiletries are not provided, but can be purchased at local area markets, and the on campus convenience store, located at Price Center.
Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM
With the exception of service animals, no animals are allowed in the residential units/NATC facilities.
The housing package is inclusive of meals beginning with dinner on Thursday, 8/10, breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Friday 8/11 and Saturday 8/12, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday, 8/13 (total of 9 meals)
Thursday, 8/10 beginning at 4PM.
If you arrive early for NATC registration, a bag drop service will be available.
Sunday, 8/13 by 11AM.
A bag drop service is available until 5PM
There is a $30 charge for lost key cards

On campus housing options are limited to NATC registrants only. If you have registered for NATC on or before 3/30/2017, you will receive an email on 3/31/2017 with a link and details on how to register for NATC Housing. If you register AFTER 3/30/2017, housing registration will be made available as part of your registration confirmation email.

Recommended by proximity. TCA does not have any room blocks reserved at these locations. We highly recommend attendees to stay on campus for ease of getting to and from conference events and activities.
